We produce pieces of high cooling time ?.  
 

To produce pieces that need to keep their features after being injected means to increase the cycle time or lead time to not open the mould out of the compacting time.

One solution is to cool the mould. However, we offer machinery to increase production six more times to reduce costs, with a major quality and repeatability.

To import these pieces from other countries which are much more economic is a disadvantage regarding to these injection machines. So, the advantages of the machinery we offer are numerous with regard to the production of these pieces abroad: there is a higher quality control, there isn't a minimum amount for production and transport, we avoid the price fluctuations due to the dollar, we have autonomy, the product can not be copied, we can modify the design and change materials and features at any time.

The applications of the vertical injection machines are numerous, but they aren't as much known as the ones of the horizontal injection machines.

We offer one of the most required applications to fight against the growing importation of the plastic materials with or without inserts.

We develop new vertical injection machines with SPARTAN technology to reduce costs of slow pieces . Cooling time and various injection machines are needed to produce these pieces. In this case, the cooling time is high so we can increase production six more times with just one injection machine and keeping the original time .

HighProd vertical injection machine has a turning plate with from two to six cavities for moulds. We have one injection machine with two clamping systems, one for the mould closing and the other one for the opening and to load inserts and unload pieces. Consequently, we have one injection machine that can inject from one to six moulds at the same time. This means the lead time is shorter.

One of the main features of these injection machines is that there are different options for every mould, so we can put different moulds into the same injection machine with the same material or even three different materials.

It also accepts inserts into the moulds as it happens with all vertical injection machines. But, to get higher quality and stability during the injection process we include robotization so that the worker is able to use all the system.

To sum up, with just one injection machine we get the same production that six injection machines would do, so we reduce staff and equipment. Moreover, we increase the effectiveness of the plant.

With this process we remove all the cooling times of the pieces that need to be compact. This means to produce more pieces and reduce the electricity, maintenance staff and equipment costs.

The system also can include the injection through gas or co-injection to save more, a part from the different techniques that we informed such as the electric, thermic, quality management, production and incidences control.
